We have an exciting opportunity, focusing on Industrialisation, based at our Elgin site. This is a permanent, full-time role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site. The salary for this role starts from £26,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
About the Role
In this role, you will support our Private Label commercial team with the coordination of woven private label product launches. You will work closely with commercial, design, operations, and quality teams to bring new products through development and into industrialisation ahead of bulk production.
Key tasks:
- co-ordinating with commercial and design teams to assist with product developments for private label customers
- co-ordination of sample launches and working with operations team to ensure efficient turn-around of prototypes
- working with ops and quality teams to identify and manage risks with new developments
- assisting with the industrialisation of products ahead of bulk production launches
- maintaining impeccable records in relation to ongoing developments
- continuously looking for opportunities to improve and streamline processes
