Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team with a strong customer sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to utilise their negotiation, communication, and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment.
Typical Duties
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective negotiation
- Help co-ordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers & suppliers to meet daily targets.
- Assist in lead generation.
- Support Accounts & Procurement team with administrative work, reconciliation, and general inquiries.
- Assisting with daily office duties relevant to the business.
- Updating records for both internal and external purposes on the company database.
- Attend trade shows
- Answer phones and offer holiday cover across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to drive results through persuasive negotiation techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Highly organised with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm, no weekends.
Work Location:
In person, our office is located in Tunbridge Wells. This role will be based five days a week in the office.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
