Chef de Partie – Isle of Islay
We’re recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel on the beautiful Isle of Islay in Scotland’s Inner Hebrides.
This is an excellent seasonal opportunity to produce high-quality dishes using outstanding Scottish ingredients while living and working in a spectacular island location.

The ideal candidate
- Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience
- Confident running a section during busy services
- High standards of food preparation and presentation
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team
- Available to relocate and start promptly
- Existing right to work in the UK
