Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Servers / Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering attentive service in our fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt delivery.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, drinks, and specials to confidently guide guest choices.
- Deliver attentive table service while maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and set to the highest standards.
- Organise the setup of the event and relay for the next event.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Support team members during busy service periods to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-presented, and guest-focused.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
