To further strengthen our team, we are seeking a Product Manager.
Duties will include:
Product Strategy & Portfolio
- Develop and deliver the UK PHAR product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from market assessment through launch, optimisation, and withdrawal.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 3-year product roadmap.
- Identify and commercialise suitable products from the wider Group portfolio.
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews to maximise sales, profitability and ROI.
- Build robust business cases for new products, product improvements and portfolio rationalisation.
- Market & Commercial Leadership
- Act as the UK market expert for PHAR products and applications.
- Monitor competitors, legislation, Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance and market trends.
- Gather customer, installer and specification feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop product positioning, pricing and value propositions that strengthen competitive advantage.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning.
Product Launch & Technical Support
- Lead all UK product launches, ensuring commercial, technical and operational readiness.
- Deliver product training and technical support to Sales, Specification and Customer Service teams.
- Support strategic customers, consultants and major specification opportunities.
- Ensure all product literature, approvals and sales tools are available prior to launch.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, Supply Chain and Group Product Management.
- Represent UK market requirements within Group Product Development programmes.
- Drive projects to agreed quality, cost and timescales.

Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ Product Management experience within PHAR, HVAC or Building Services.
- Strong knowledge of fittings, valves and mechanical building services products.
- Proven experience managing technical product portfolios and successful product launches.
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of UK construction and specification markets.
- ·Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Desirable
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, Product Management or similar.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, WRAS, CIBSE and relevant industry standards.
