Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate manual handling techniques and forklift equipment.
- Manage materials handling processes to ensure accurate stock movement within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process orders efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with team members during shipping & receiving activities to meet deadlines and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially familiarity with picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload procedures.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift..
- Good understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks and inventory accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
