Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals in care home and home care settings in the Portadown, Lurgan and Armagh Area. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote wellbeing, and ensure residents' comfort and safety. Responsibilities
- This role is more companionship based and social outings
- Communicate effectively with our clients, families, and team members to ensure clear understanding of needs and preferences
- Ensure client's are supported in their daily routine
- All calls are a minimum of one hour and are relationship led (no rush 15mins calls)
- Part time hours flexible just require set days or times and we can work with you
Skills
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic care records and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Must hold a Driving licence and have access to a car
