We’re working with a company that has been established for over 30 years, specialising in air conditioning, heating, ventilation and humidification systems. They work across a fantastic mix of commercial environments, including offices, warehouses, production facilities, retail, leisure and plantrooms.
You’ll be part of an experienced engineering team, working on a variety of systems rather than doing the same job day in, day out.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing VRV, VRF, split systems and chillers
- Working on air source heat pumps
- Maintaining close control air conditioning systems
- Working on rooftop package units
- Fault finding and diagnosing system issues
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing a professional, reliable service
- Travelling across Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who has:
- F-Gas qualification or equivalent
- At least 12 months’ recent experience working with HVAC equipment
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach
The Area
Ideally suited to engineers based around Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton or Leicester, with travel across the surrounding areas.

Pay: £42,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
