We provide customers with a complete range of high-quality home improvement products, including Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms, helping them transform their homes with expert design and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will work with customers from their initial showroom visit through to the design and sales process, helping them bring their dream kitchen, bathroom or bedroom to life.
Previous experience in a similar sales role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and establish their needs and aspirations.
- Provide guide pricing for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom projects.
- Guide customers through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose Kitchens Plus.
- Arrange home measure and design consultation appointments.
- Visit customers' homes to carry out measurements when required.
- Listen carefully to customer requirements and produce designs that meet or exceed expectations.
- Create bespoke designs using 3D CAD software.
- Explain quotations, specifications and key documents clearly and professionally.
- Present available finance and payment options.
- Follow company compliance procedures and showroom processes.
- Achieve and exceed individual and company sales targets.
