- Handle MJPL/Birmingham FA admin — registrations, results, correspondence
- Liaise with club welfare and medical support on injury management
- Attend coaches' meetings, CPD and club training days
- Champion safeguarding and act as a positive role model at all times

- In-date FA Safeguarding Children certificate
- In-date Emergency First Aid in Football certificate
- Enhanced DBS via the relevant County FA (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience coaching youth players in a club, academy or school setting
- Strong communication skills with players, parents and staff
- Excellent organisation — able to plan a season in advance
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for away fixtures
Desirable:
- UEFA B Licence (held or in progress)
- Experience in a talent pathway, academy or grassroots setting
- Familiarity with TouchTight Coaching and/or Hudl
- Ambition to progress toward a JPL or representative coaching role
