Front of House Server / Waiter / Waitress

We’re looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our friendly front of house team at Edinburgh Prime Steakhouse.
This role is only for candidates with previous waiter/waitress experience. If you haven’t worked in table service before, please do not apply.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous waiter/waitress experience is essential.
- Experience using the Square POS system is preferred.
- Confident working behind a non-alcoholic bar, preparing and serving soft drinks, mocktails and other beverages.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to build genuine rapport with guests through conversation and attentive service.
- Positive attitude and able to work well in a busy restaurant environment.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Fluent English.
Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming and seating guests.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Using the Square POS system.
- Preparing and serving drinks from our fully halal, non-alcoholic bar.
- Delivering outstanding table service from start to finish.
- Ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
