Role Overview
GetFix Ltd are looking a detail-oriented and highly organised Contract Administrator to join our Contracts Team, to ensure the smooth running of operations on a dedicated reactive maintenance contract.
Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and directing or actioning accordingly.
- Liaising with clients/site contacts and engineers daily.
- Ensuring Contractual SLA’s are adhered to.
- Attending client meetings as required reporting on KPI’s.
- Placing supplier orders and plant hire orders to ensure successful completion of scheduled works
- To chase Contractors for paperwork/reports of completed works.
- Email completed reports to clients.
- To chase client for purchase order numbers.
- Booking in callouts, maintenance visits and small works jobs with clients and residents by phone and email according to SLA.
- Assigning work to operatives, managing diaries to ensure maximum productivity.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with operatives, supply chain, clients and suppliers.
- Ensuring a consistent and positive line of communication with operatives, supply chain, clients and suppliers.
- Managing ‘work in progress’ (WIP) reports and working closely with the Contract Manager daily to ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions.
- General administrative duties as business needs require.
Essential Requirements
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a varied workload.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes.
Desirable -not essential, but a bonus!
- Previous use of Job Management software Big Change.
- Previously worked within Plumbing, Mechanical and BMS Controls industry.
- Previously worked in similar service administrative role.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
