Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing business clients through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings to generate new sales leads.
- Analyse client requirements and present customised solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to tailor offerings that meet client demands.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients post-sale, fostering long-term relationships.
- Lead by example in by demonstrating product applications and professionalism at workplaces or site visits
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate both clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Good knowledge of basic principles of Health & Safety in the workplace
- Organised approach to work with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
