Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lifestyle service operations, client workflows, and support activities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, service partners, and internal team members
- Monitor schedules, service quality, customer feedback, and operational reports
- Support process improvements to strengthen efficiency and client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, service updates, documentation, and workflow summaries
- Assist with team coordination, issue resolution, and operational planning
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in lifestyle services, wellbeing services, customer experience, hospitality, client services, retail operations, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients, vendors, service teams, or customer support workflows is an advantage

Pay: £46,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
