Sisko Group is looking for an experienced Level 2 Qualified Plumber to join our growing team working across the South
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, leadership skills, and experience in customer facing role.
Working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor, you will support operational quality, coach engineers, and help maintain high standards across the field workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Auditing on-site works and company vans
Data validation and compliance checks
Rectifying customer issues relating to water meter installations
Coaching and supporting field engineers
Ensuring health & safety and company standards are maintained
Liaising with supervisors and operational teams where required
Requirements
Level 2 Plumbing Qualification
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence - 6 points or less
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
£170 per day + call-out rota 1 in 4 (door to door) - Engaged on a CIS basis
£100 Contribution for fuel, per week
Call out pay is £15 p/d standby and £24 p/h door to door
