We are seeking a passionate and professional Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering personalised skin treatments, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customised skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle tips to optimise skin health
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive service and personalised consultations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role within the beauty industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and product benefits
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry best practices
- Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively
- Facialist level 3 qualification is preferred
- Environ trained desirable but not essential
