Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, following safety and quality standards
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while ensuring timely service
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving change
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area at shift start and end
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure safe handling of beverages and food items
- Experience in serving or working in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising service quality
