Bike & E-Bike Delivery Riders – Westfield London
VELO Delivery Ltd is recruiting reliable bicycle and e-bike riders for store-to-customer retail deliveries operating from Westfield London in White City.
Using the VELO Rider App, riders collect ready customer orders from participating retail stores inside Westfield London and deliver them directly to customers in the surrounding area.
This is retail delivery. It is not food delivery or a traditional parcel round.
The role
- View and accept available delivery tasks through the VELO Rider App
- Collect ready customer orders from participating stores at Westfield London
- Confirm collection and delivery through the app
- Deliver orders safely and professionally to local customers
- Handle retail orders such as fashion, beauty products, flowers, accessories and small electronics
Payment
- From £4.50 per completed delivery
- Task-based payment
- Paid weekly
- Earnings depend on completed deliveries and task availability
- No guaranteed minimum number of deliveries
Requirements
- Your own roadworthy bicycle or road-legal e-bike
- Smartphone with mobile data
- Right to work on a self-employed basis in the UK
- UK bank account
- Valid Public Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain it before activation
- Able to collect orders from Westfield London in White City
- Confident cycling safely around London
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Physically able to carry retail orders safely
- Previous delivery rider experience is preferred but not essential

This is a self-employed, task-based rider opportunity. Riders provide and maintain their own bicycle or e-bike and are free to decide whether to accept available delivery tasks.
