As a Reception Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

What will you do?
- Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests and canine campers
- Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
- Perform front-desk duties, including answering the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
- Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
- Answer general questions about the local area and the park
- Assist with the smooth running of the park shop, as and when required
Work collaboratively across the whole park team

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will act with a ‘can do’, hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.
Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
