Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Position to join our team at SPÈ Atelier, a candle and botanical emporium housed at the beautiful Logie Steading. SPÈ creates all natural - made in Scotland home fragrance products. This position requires excellent communication skills, sales driven experience, attention to detail and a proactive approach to achieving targets. An appreciation esthetic, luxury and design is a plus. Candidates should be confident in engaging with clients, and delivering an elevated client and shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Open / Closing procedures.
- Provide an elevated customer experience.
- Responsable for sales and clienting.
- Daily administration and daily tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present products clearly and persuasively to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and product story
- Maintain daily records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Become informed and brand amabassador for our product.
Experience
- Sales and/or customer service experience.
- Good time management skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential; a proactive attitude is key. This role offers an engaging environment where motivated individuals can develop their career within a supportive team dedicated mentoring.
Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
