We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our client's reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to advance their career within a well-established dealer group across South Wales and Southwest England. The Business Manager role is pivotal to driving sales performance and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped OTE exceeding £55,000 per annum

Duties:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of three Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Champion outstanding customer service, ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued
- Plan and execute engaging sales events and campaigns to generate commercial success
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate and current customer data
- Drive team performance through positive leadership and example-setting
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards
Requirements for the Business Manager Position:
- Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership
- Successful track record in a busy dealership environment, with a focus on brand and customer service excellence
- Strong F&I background is highly desirable
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A stable employment history within the car retail sector
