The role
- Provide personalised 1:1 support but also assist her to support her 2 older children.
- Support with personal care, catheter and stoma support, daily activities, and accessing the community
- Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
- Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
