Just ONE is looking for caring, enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to deliver outreach packages to families across Flintshire. You’ll be supporting family members from age 2 through to adulthood, helping them with everyday tasks, encouraging independence, and promoting essential life skills so they can reach their full potential.
You’ll be offering care, support and emotional guidance to help each family thrive. We will provide full, bespoke training so you feel confident and equipped to deliver truly person‑centred support.

We provide support 24/7, with shifts including early, late and waking nights. Full‑time roles are available.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support within individuals’ homes.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Support families to develop independent living skills, engage in community activities and manage day‑to‑day routines.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support, stability and companionship.
- Monitor and report any changes in an individual’s wellbeing to the appropriate professionals.
What You’ll Bring
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Understanding of trauma‑informed care and support.
- Awareness of child development milestones.
- Knowledge of patient care, first aid and medication administration.
- Ability to work with individuals who require assisted‑living support.
- Strong communication skills and a naturally caring approach.
