Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee service reception & other advisors
-
Progress work through the workshop
-
Control of WIP & debtors ensuring all work is invoiced and paid in line with company requirements

Oversee booking diary raising any concerns with the Aftersales Manager

Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers
-
Provide outstanding customer service as you guide our customers through their visit to our departments.

Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
The ideal candidate will:
-
Have previous experience in an automotive aftersales, service advisor, or supervisory role within a dealership environment.

Be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team to achieve departmental objectives.

Have a good understanding of workshop processes, job costing, WIP control, and invoicing procedures.
-
Be proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Have a full UK driving licence.
