Alto’s Social is Bury St Edmunds’ newest competitive socialising venue, bringing together interactive shuffleboard, AR darts, great cocktails, wood-fired pizza and a lively social atmosphere under one roof. Whether guests are celebrating, catching up with friends or enjoying a night out, our aim is simple: create memorable experiences through great hospitality.
The Role
We're looking for a confident, energetic bartender who loves hospitality and enjoys being part of a busy, fun environment. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, preparing quality drinks and helping create the atmosphere that makes Alto’s Social special.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines and spirits
- Delivering friendly, engaging service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assisting with opening, closing and daily bar operations
What we're looking for:
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
