The Role
We are looking for dedicated and proactive Security Guards and Door Supervisors to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, venues, and assets across our diverse portfolio of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a visible, reassuring presence to deter anti-social behavior and crime.
Managing access control and monitoring entry/exit points.
Patrolling static sites, retail environments, and event grounds.
Managing crowds and maintaining order in night-time economy venues (pubs, clubs, taxi ranks, and kebab shops).
Responding calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations.
Delivering excellent customer service while upholding company standards.
Requirements
Essential: A valid SIA License (Door Supervision or Security Guarding).
No license yet? No problem! We are happy to signpost and guide suitable candidates through the training process to get you qualified.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Reliability, punctuality, and a flexible approach to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts).
Previous experience in security is preferred, but full on-site briefing will be provided.
