Duties
- Travel to different client sites to perform thorough cleaning tasks using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained according to company standards
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to guarantee consistency and quality across all locations
- Manage your own schedule to maximize efficiency and meet daily cleaning goals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities
- Maintain cleanliness of your own cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring they are ready for each job
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
