Job Summary
We are hiring a highly skilled Braze Technical Consultant to support the design, execution, and optimisation of lifecycle marketing campaigns for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with CRM, data, and marketing teams to deliver personalised, multichannel customer experiences across email, SMS, push, in-app, and beyond. This role requires a strong background in marketing automation software, data + cloud architecture, and API management, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions. The ideal applicant will possess excellent problem-solving skills and experience working within agile environments to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Campaign and Canvas execution
- Build, QA, launch, and monitor multichannel lifecycle campaigns in Braze
- Manage day-to-day execution across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
- Support the development of customer lifecycle initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty
Segmentation & targeting
- Use segmentation frameworks and customer insights to build targeted campaign audiences
- Partner with data and CRM teams to ensure segmentation accuracy and performance tracking
Optimisation & reporting
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and retention
- Support A/B testing, offer testing, and creative testing strategies
- Prepare reports and surface key insights for client stakeholders
Omnichannel & loyalty
- Help deliver consistent, personalised experiences across digital and in-store touchpoints
- Support loyalty and referral programme execution and performance monitoring
Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with CRM, product, creative, and customer service teams across campaign delivery
- Participate in client project meetings and contribute customer-centric insights
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform
- Experience connecting marketing platforms with CDPs and managing data flows between systems
- Strong data science or analytics background, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data Based in the GMT time zone — London preferred
Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience with mParticle, RudderStack, Amperity, or Hightouch
- Familiarity working alongside marketing teams
- SQL, JavaScript, JSON, or Liquid scripting experience
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
