Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to our clients’ buildings! You’ll be responsible for cleaning windows at various commercial and residential sites, ensuring a streak-free shine that enhances the appearance and value of each property. You will start by driving to our location to collect van, after probation you will then take van home.
Duties
- Clean windows on both ground-level and elevated surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate company vehicles safely to reach different job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Use specialized cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use
- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during work activities
- Complete daily logs of completed jobs, noting any issues or special instructions for future reference

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving company vehicles is preferred
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive interactions and address client needs professionally
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing or climbing ladders for extended periods
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related cleaning services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
