Our client is a progressive organisation with experienced and supportive occupational health team. They are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their supportive, quality-driven team.
This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for an OH professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering meaningful case management, and producing high-quality reports without unrealistic targets.
The Role
You will mainly focus on:
- Case management consultations
- Sickness absence management
- Return-to-work assessments
- Producing clear, relevant, and evidence-based reports
You will also be involved in:
- Review and develop policies and procedures
- Sickness absence trends
- Provide clinical support and guidance
- Contribute to service improvements
