Hours: 37.5 pw (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00)
About us
J&M Refrigeration provides nationwide reactive breakdown, maintenance and installation for commercial refrigeration and air‑conditioning.
We’re growing and seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our busy Service team.
The role
You will schedule and coordinate reactive call‑outs, manage service inboxes and CRM records, liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and keep customers updated. The role includes occasional participation in an out‑of‑hours standby rota (standby allowance paid).
Essential experience
2 years in a Service Coordinator or similar field‑service role
Experience in scheduling engineers/subcontractors and coordinating reactive work
Industry knowledge of refrigeration, air‑conditioning, engineering, or facilities management
Strong organisation, communication skills and CRM/Office/job logic (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency.
