Job Overview
We are on the lookout for friendly and energetic Waiters and Waitresses to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas throughout your shift.
- Follow food safety standards diligently, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm counts most!
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
