My Lighthouse is a new way for experienced carers to find work directly with families, no agency taking a cut of your pay. We are recruiting carers onto our platform for live-in and hourly roles across the UK.
We connect you directly with families who need care, you keep what you earn, and you choose the work that suits you.
We are currently seeking a visiting carer for a role in EX31, Barnstaple:
Pay: £15 - £20 per hour
Start: I'm not sure yet
Working pattern: 14 hours per week, weekday mornings
Key responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with household tasks and meal preparation
- Support mobility around the home
- Provide overnight reassurance and assistance
Requirements
- Must drive and own a car
- Experience supporting people with health conditions
About the client
- Female with inoperable brain tumour
- Has mobility issues from her condition
- Lives with two dogs
- Values feeling safe and understood
This role will suit someone warm, kind and emotionally supportive who excels at reassurance.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
