We are looking for an experienced Joiner/Multi skilled operative to join our team and carry out a range of joinery, maintenance, repair and general building works across residential and care homes around the North West areas.
Typical duties will include:
- First and second fix joinery
- Doors, door frames, skirting, architrave, handrails, backboards
- Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and other multi skilled work
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant health & safety requirements
- Providing excellent customer service whilst working in occupied properties
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Joiner (minimum NVQ II or equivalent qualification) or multi skilled operative experience
- Strong practical joinery skills
- The ability to undertake a range of additional trades
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A professional and reliable approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence - (max 6 penalty points), as this position will come with a Company vehicle.
