Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this varied role, you will be responsible for office administration and guest communications, while working closely with another team member to support and coordinate marketing activities that promote the estate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the estate office, handling correspondence and maintaining professional communication with guests, suppliers and partners.
- Coordinate 'SuperControl' booking platform
- Maintain organised filing systems, accurate records, data entry and general office administration using Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
- Oversee third-party booking platforms, including Booking.com and other partners, ensuring listings and information remain accurate.
- Support marketing activities to promote the estate’s luxury holiday accommodation, activities and events to a global audience.
- Assist with social media content, email campaigns, website updates and promotional projects.
- Contribute ideas and support the delivery of marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the estate.
- Assist with organising events, meetings and general estate logistics.
- Process invoices, monitor expenditure and assist with general financial administration.
- Assist with hospitality requirements during estate events and shoot days.
Experience
- Proven office and administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with digital tools such as Canva and CapCut for content creation and marketing support
- Excellent communication skills
- A good working knowledge of social media channels
- Marketing experience would be advantageous, particularly in social media, content creation or digital promotion.
- Front-of-house or hotel reception experience would be beneficial.
- Happy to work alternate weekends with days off in the week
- Agreeable to working flexible hours to be able to welcome guests on arrival
