We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry and work within a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective tenants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Match applicants with suitable properties.
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
- Progress agreed lets through to move-in.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Generate new business opportunities and landlord instructions.
- Follow up on enquiries from property portals, telephone calls and email enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
- Assist in marketing available properties and promoting the Rochester Place Ltd brand.
- Keep up to date with relevant lettings legislation and industry best practice.
- Work towards individual and team targets.

- Professional and confident manner.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for business use.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Previous experience within residential lettings, estate agency, property management or a sales environment.
- Knowledge of the North and North West London property market.
- Understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
A flexible approach to working hours is required to meet the needs of the business and our clients.
Pay: £42,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
