At Renton-Harper Periodontics, we are looking for a qualified dental nurse to join the team in our specialist periodontal practice. You would join a friendly, experienced team of nurses and hygienists and whilst working primarily with our hygienists, also work alongside our specialist periodontist in our new, purpose built perio clinic.
If you are a nurse who wishes to do more than sit chair side, we offer excellent support for further post-graduate qualifications.
We carry out a range of tests and investigations as part of patient care, including microbiology, and our nurses are trained to undertake these and play a key part in patient assessment.
If you wish to pursue a career as a hygienist, this is also an ideal opportunity to work with some of the very best in a warm and supportive environment.
We are proud that many of our team have been with us for years. A number of our nurses have gone on to train as hygienists and recently this has created an opening for a new nurse to join our team.
As a nurse, your primary role is to look after the well-being of the patients under your care and the right candidate will have the following skills as a minimum:

- Good communication skills
- The ability to work directly with patients, within the limits of their skills
- Be organised, flexible and able to prioritise their work

Job Type: Permanent, Monday - Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
