Are you passionate about giving children the very best start in life? We're excited to be opening the doors to Lily Pad Day Nursery in Woburn Sands, a brand new nursery set within a beautifully restored and freshly renovated Grade II listed building in the heart of Woburn Sands.
We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, environment and experiences of a brand new nursery from the very beginning.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide exceptional physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing meaningful updates with families
- Support daily routines, including mealtimes, rest, and personal care
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a warm and supportive culture
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and health & safety
About you:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced, with at least 2 years in a childcare setting (preferred)
- Passionate about early years education and child development
- Knowledgeable of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
- Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
- Confident in building relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Committed to continuous professional development
