Fronxx Technology & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a Head of Technology Services to lead IT service delivery, digital solutions, technical support, and technology operations. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who can manage teams, improve systems, and support reliable business technology services.
What You'll Do
- Lead technology service delivery, IT support, and digital operations.
- Manage technical teams, service standards, workloads, and performance targets.
- Oversee systems, software tools, infrastructure support, and client technology needs.
- Improve IT processes, reporting, service quality, and issue resolution.
- Support digital transformation, system upgrades, and business technology projects.
- Manage budgets, vendors, risks, compliance, and service improvement plans.
- Work with clients and senior leaders to deliver practical technology solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in IT management, technology services, technical support, digital operations, or business technology solutions.
- Previous leadership or head-of-department experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT service delivery, systems management, infrastructure, cybersecurity awareness, and digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, projects, budgets, and service priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, ITSM tools, cloud platforms, reporting software, and project management tools.

Pay: £4,800.00-£7,500.00 per month
