About the Role:
Support learners through their Open Awards Level 3 Hair & Beauty qualification - building technical skills and confidence in both theory and practical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored tuition covering the Level 3 theory and practical elements.
- Adapt your teaching style to each learner's needs.
- Support coursework, portfolio evidence and assessment prep.
- Keep accurate progress records and liaise with parents/guardians or learners.
- Follow Tuition Extra's safeguarding policies at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Industry experience/qualifications in Hair & Beauty (Level 3+): teaching qualification not essential.
- Experience delivering Open Awards or equivalent quals valued.
- SEN training/experience a plus.
- Able to travel to Canterbury and nearby areas, with flexible availability.
Job Type: Part-time, self-employed — weekdays only, term time.
