About the Role
We’re looking for an entry‑level Customer Care Representative & Warranty Technician to support our network of dealers and sales representatives. This is a full‑time, part office‑based, part warehouse-based role in New Milton, Hampshire.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our dealers happy by handling enquiries, processing warranty requests, and ensuring orders are managed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and dealer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Support the processing of warranty claims from start to finish
- Troubleshoot product issues
- Coordinate repairs or replacements where needed
- Assist with processing and managing orders
- Keep accurate records using our internal systems
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth dealer support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills — essential
- Confident dealing with customers over phone and email
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Interest in motorcycles is a bonus, but absolutely not required
