We are looking for a warm, confident and professional Showroom Host to be the welcoming face of our Gloucester Volkswagen dealership.
The Role
As our Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our dealership or contacting us by phone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers promptly, courteously and professionally
- Directing customers to the correct department
- Answering and managing incoming calls, taking accurate messages where required
- Offering refreshments and ensuring the reception and showroom areas remain clean and presentable
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be enthusiastic, organised, IT literate and smart in appearance
- Have an exceptional and confident telephone manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive approach
- Work well as part of a team and show initiative
- Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Be available Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
