We are seeking an experienced, confident, and passionate Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high‑quality treatments, a genuine love for the beauty and wellness industry, and the ability to create an exceptional client experience. A positive attitude, professional presentation, and commitment to ongoing development are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of Level 3 beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures, and brow services.
- Perform or support advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, HIFU, and microneedling (training can be provided for the right candidate although previous training is preferred).
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure safe, personalised care.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, aftercare, and retail products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment environment in line with salon and industry standards.
- Uphold excellent customer service, ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support smooth daily operations and a positive salon atmosphere.
- Stay up to date with new techniques, trends, and technologies within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential).
- Previous experience delivering a variety of beauty treatments to a high standard.
- Laser hair removal qualification (desirable).
- HIFU and microneedling qualification (advantageous).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for client care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
