Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for property and a desire to help clients navigate the buying and selling process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Prepare and present market analyses to clients to help them make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using data entry skills
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication purposes
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organised files
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other professionals in the real estate industry such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred, along with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous for managing financial records
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Excellent clerical experience that demonstrates an ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- A professional attitude with outstanding phone etiquette when dealing with clients and partners
- A valid real estate licence is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe
