About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing business operating within the renewables sector to recruit a Project Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company supporting the transition to low-carbon heating through smart design solutions and government-backed schemes. Working within the Renewables Design team, you will coordinate domestic retrofit and renewable heating projects from enquiry through to installation.
The role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to develop a career within renewables, retrofit, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate renewable heating and retrofit projects from application through to completion
Gather and manage documentation required for project approvals
Support grant applications and ensure compliance paperwork is completed accurately
Maintain regular communication with installers and homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Keep internal systems updated with accurate project information
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
Provide a high level of customer service throughout each stage of the process
Requirements
Previous experience within retrofit, construction, energy, or renewables
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
Good administrative skills and attention to detail
