We are looking for colleagues who reach that next level and can support the training/ development of new and existing members. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture and teams and contribute to a successful opening.
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
Our brand-new, state-of-the-art Warehouse in Leeds is set to open in April 2027 ! To ensure you are fully prepared and empowered for launch day, your journey with us will include comprehensive, paid hands-on training prior to the site opening:
Neighbouring Regional Training (Doncaster, Runcorn, Newton Aycliffe): You will gain initial operational experience across our neighbouring regional sites. To make your journey hassle-free, Lidl will provide a dedicated coach service to and from work each day during this training period (travel time included in working hours).
Luton RDC Training: You will also spend time training at Luton - Lidl’s largest RDC - to learn and master our newest, cutting-edge Warehouse Management System (EWM).
In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
