What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the site.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and reporting any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Controlling access to the premises by checking visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Responding quickly and professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
- Preventing theft, damage, and unauthorised access through proactive monitoring.
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate security records.
- Performing routine checks on security equipment to ensure everything is working correctly.
- Providing assistance during emergencies and supporting emergency services when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a security role is essential.
- A valid SIA Licence is preferred (or willingness to obtain one if required).
- Experience using CCTV and other security systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out patrols and standing for long periods.
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
