David Andrew is a well-established and successful independent property company, serving North London since 1994. With offices in Highbury, Archway, and Finsbury Park, we specialise in residential sales, lettings, and property management of prime properties across the area.
We are currently seeking a motivated Property Administrator to join our Property Management Department. Working alongside a team of six experienced professionals, you will provide essential administrative support to Property Managers while helping to ensure compliance with current property legislation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tenancy move-ins and oversee the referencing process.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Prepare, draft, and issue tenancy agreements, notices, and related documentation.
- Ensure all property files and records remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Arrange inventories and coordinate appointments with relevant suppliers.
- Respond professionally to landlord and tenant enquiries.
- Maintain property records, leases, and associated documentation.
- Assist with applications for property licences.
- Perform general office administration, filing, and data management tasks.
- Support the team in meeting legislative and compliance obligations.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous administrative or property industry experience (preferred but not essential).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to work.
- Residence within a 5-mile radius of Finsbury Park.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
