Overview
We are currently looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our busy workshop team at our Works in Grantham.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for repair and service of Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes and any other specific workshop tasks given.
This role would be suited to an ambitious Fitter looking to further develop their skills within a fast-paced Workshop environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake the Repair of Electric Motors, Pumps and Gearboxes
- Ensure deadlines are met to meet customer requirements
- Work as part of a team by completing related tasks as and when required
- Adherence to our Health and Safety Procedures
- Complete required Workshop documentation for each job
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven track record of working within the electro-mechanical sector (but not essential)
- Be able to work within a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work outside of normal working hours when required
- Willingness to carry out shift work
- Full driving License (Preferred but not essential)

Pay: £13.18-£13.74 per hour
