The Role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Kitchen team to help run day-to-day kitchen operations, lead junior staff, and ensure quality, consistency, and smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations, from prep to service
- Supervise and motivate junior kitchen team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Monitor prep and ensure readiness for service
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
- Help train and develop junior chefs
- Support smooth and efficient service, including expediting

- Experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
